CONTENTMENT IS HIS NAME – A TRIBUTE TO CHIEF BISI AKANDE AT 80
Contentment is satisfaction and ease of mind. Contentment is being satisfied with what one has. It does not necessarily mean not being ambitious; it rather means seeking everything in contentment, without resorting to greed and indecent means. This attribute is what the world seeks today in its search for lasting peace and progress because its lack is at the root of most evils bedeviling the world. APC PROMISED DEVOLUTION OF POWER, NOT RESTRUCTURING
The first National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), Chief Bisi Akande has taken a swipe at the party’s critics for alleging it jettisoned its promise of restructuring, saying the party never promised to restructure the country during its 2014/2015 campaigns. I am not…

There is no better time than now to assess the quality of leaders Nigeria has had in the last 50 years of its independence. The Zik of Africa, whose political razzmatazz and oratorical skills were second to none in the continent, was at his twilight addressed as the Owelle of Onitsha. Zik was reputed for one of his famous quotes that “it is only a fool that fails to change his mind when there is the need to do so” The question remains whether he must…
